The Software Use and Licensing Agreement (Agreement) provides for access and use of the DiDi application and the corresponding platform of DiDi Mobility (Australia) Pty Ltd for Australia and/or DiDi Mobility (New Zealand) Limited for New Zealand (individual and collective (if applicable) DiDi for driver account holders. The DiDi (DiDi App) application and platform provides point-to-point transportation and related services requested by passengers (services). By accessing or using the DiDi app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In this agreement, „driver account owner,“ „user,“ „you,“ „your“ and „your“ refer to the person using the DiDi app, and „we,“ „we“ and „our“ refers to DiDi. For each pick-up at the airport, an additional airport fee of $3.90 is charged, which is in addition to the total driver rate. This tax is paid to the driver. This fee will be charged directly and automatically to your Linkt account from Brisbane Airport when you leave the arrow gates. There is a FEE of USD 3 plus GST per trip, which is added to all fares that exit Newcastle Airport and are charged from any driver`s account when you enter the taxi holding area. 4.1 We may decide at any time to suspend, suspend, disable or terminate your licence under this Agreement if we cease to operate in Australia and/or New Zealand, or if we believe that you are violating this agreement, any other agreement you have with DiDi or any conditions you apply.
