The Four Agreements Introduction

It`s marked. Recognition of the four agreements includes a piece of defiance that is etched into the four agreements granted to Ruiz by the United States Navy. The purpose of consciousness is to observe without judgment. This last part is very important because it is NOT a question of fighting for what „seems“ and breaking the agreements. It doesn`t matter at all and it distracts you from what`s going on inside. It may seem so important to the world (and you) to see yourself as perfect, but it is impossible to preserve them. The goal is not perfection. The goal is never perfection. We are undauthed people who do our best, and the last deal goes at home. In the first part of this 2-part video, we learn how the „domestication“ of men and how all the rules and values of our family and society are imposed on us by a system of punishment and reward. As young children, our true nature is to love and be happy, to explore and enjoy life; We are absolutely authentic.

But then we learn to be what others think we should, and because it`s not normal that we are who we are, we start pretending we`re not what we`re not. When we are teenagers, we have learned to judge ourselves, to punish ourselves and to reward ourselves after agreements that we have never chosen. The four agreements help us break self-limitation agreements and replace them with agreements that bring us freedom, happiness and love. It is very interesting to resign and analyze our own book of the law to get to know us better and free us from dusty arrangements. In the next four articles, I will break down each agreement and explain what it is, why it is important and how I have applied it to my life. I hope for you that you begin to notice the impact of how you keep and breaking every chord in your daily life. Consciousness is the first step in my work, so I want to focus on the fact that I dug into my memories to find out what the causes of this fear were. In my book of law, what agreements could I have made with regard to these thoughts and how can I change my perception of reality to free myself from these fears? „There is only one agreement left, but it is one that allows the other three to become entrenched habits. The fourth agreement is about the action of the first three: always do your best. In „The Four Accords,“ the author proposes to follow four key principles to eliminate the suffering of our human experience and transform it into happiness. I really enjoyed the four chords, which I often recommend to people who aren`t fans of self-improvement books that they find too angular: if it was a book to read, it would be this one. Easy to understand, straight to the point…

Don Miguel Ruiz approaches the law of attraction, the idea that language is creative, the need to be authentic, to control our emotions and to learn to forgive to win happiness. It`s pretty thorough! „The next three agreements really came from the first agreement. The second agreement is nothing to take personally. The four agreements© were published in 1997 and have sold about 9 million times. He has been on the New York Times bestseller list for nearly a decade. Everything we do is based on agreements we have made – agreements with ourselves, with other people, with God, with life. But the most important agreements are those we make with ourselves. The book is not thick, but each sentence is full of wisdom and common sense. It wasn`t an easy task to sum up all these beautiful thoughts into just 11 takeaways! If someone does something that I would not do personally, I try to remember that they do not have the same training, the same rules, so not the same reality. I try to be more sensitive and kinder. It is true that it makes life sweeter (and more friendly relations).
