In accordance with paragraph (b) paragraph 1 of page 17.4130, the parameters by which VA may terminate an agreement with a company or supplier are set to require that a written notification of termination be sent to the company or supplier in accordance with the provisions of the VCA and the additional conditions set out in paragraphs b) (1) (b) and b)1).ii). Paragraph b) (1) (i) provides that the written notification of VA is issued at least forty-five calendar days before the scheduled departure date, with the exception of point b) 1) ii). Paragraph b) (1) (ii) provides that notification may be made less than 45 days before the date of demolition, including a notification that takes effect immediately after issuance, when VA finds that such abbreviated or immediate notification is necessary to protect the health of policyholders or if such reduced or immediate termination is permitted in accordance with the provisions of the Veterans Care Agreement. Paragraph (b) paragraph 1, point ii) of P. 17.4130 would, in certain circumstances, provide less than 45 days before the judgment for two reasons. First, VA must be able to terminate an agreement without notice if necessary to protect the health of those affected. Second, VA wishes to retain the right to set a period of less than 45 days in other circumstances when the parties to an agreement negotiate terms that allow such an approach. In accordance with point b) (2) of p. 17.4130, written notification is notified to the company or supplier in accordance with the terms of the Veterans Maintenance Contract. The term Sharing Agreement is defined as an agreement that is under other legal powers than 38 United States. C 1703A is an agreement by which VA can benefit from hospital care, medical care or extensive care for a person covered. With the help of dental services as another example, VCAs are needed to ensure that there are no failures in the provision of medically necessary dental care under program provider agreements of choice. In the absence of proper oral hygiene and dental care, bacteria can reach values in the mouth that can lead to oral infections such as tooth decay and gum disease.
In addition, certain medications, such as decongestivales, antihistamines, painkillers, diuretics and antidepressants – can reduce salivary flow, salivation of food, neutralize acids produced by bacteria in the mouth, and help protect against microbial invasions or overconseminations that could lead to disease. Dental Start Printed Page 21676care is essential for monitoring or treating inflammation or oral infections that may be associated with a proliferation of oral bacteria, where this inflammation or infection can have a negative effect on a person`s overall health and has been associated with certain diseases. For example, endocarditis is an infection of the inner lining of the heart (endocardium), which usually occurs when bacteria or other germs from another part of your body, such as your mouth, spread through your bloodstream and attach to damaged areas in your heart. More generally, heart disease, clogged arteries and strokes may be linked to inflammation and infections that can cause oral bacteria. Finally, periodontitis (severe gum disease) has been associated with premature births and low birth weight. Section 17.4100 defines art. 17.4100-17.4135 that are adopted to implement the agreements approved by 38 U.S.C 1703A. In accordance with paragraph .c) (1) (iii) of p. 17.4135, it is stipulated that notification of the dispute must be received within 90 calendar days from the date on which the designated official must submit this notification in accordance with the provisions of the Veterans Care Agreement.
